The delusions of pedagogology within pedagogic research

Arguments are presented for the position that parts of Swedish education research amid the erosion of external status have been subjected to continued devaluation of its scientific authonomy in and by what is described as pedagogological normativism. These concepts are defined and used in a critique of prolonged but largely failed efforts to establish and further develop a clear basic disciplinary character.
